Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Philadelphia peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Look for the Penn Center Beauty Supply, which is - left - just down the hall from the Visitor Center, which is - right - at the bottom of the escalator of the 15th St/City Hall subway station. Ninja Bao is just down the hall on the right from the beauty supply. The tonkatsu ramen was tasty all around and the green bao had great flavors and was piping hot.

This is in the metro station so youβre not gonna go for the atmosphere, though once youβre inside itβs cute and clean. Food was extremely good and fresh. Service above and beyond! Bao Button is their above ground location, which Iβll be sure to visit!

Super yummy food! I've tried the ramen, scallion pancakes, bao buns, and wonton soup. Service is quick with food served hot and fresh. The last 2 times, staff threw in freebies which was super nice. Maybe because they are rebranding and want to promote lol but I'll def keep up with their new restaurant! Hopefully they will do amazing if they choose to move to a different location <3 Sadly I am moving away from their current spot under the concourse but I'll make an effort to revisit, just for those delishus baos ...

Just had an amazing meal at Ninja Bao! The pan-fried buns (Sheng Jian Bao) and ramen were seriously delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. I was also pleasantly surprised when they randomly gave us scallion pancakes for free, such a nice touch! The chef clearly knows what heβs doing, everything was fresh and made with care. Also, the person at the front was super patient and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again! My favorite restaurant!β₯οΈ

I don't normally bother writing restaurant reviews, but I have to share my experience with Ninja Bao. I've been wanting to visit this place since I moved back to Jersey over a year ago and I finally got the chance yesterday while cat sitting for my mom and I was NOT disappointed!! I already knew trying to find the place might be difficult from other reviews and I don't ride the train much so I was super nervous about the trip, but once I got into Suburban Station the guards helped direct me and I found it no problem! The restaurant was clean and surprisingly quiet! There were so many things I wanted to try and share with my boyfriend that I definitely ended up splurging a bit, but it was so worth it! Everything we tried was absolute π₯! Even reheated once I got home later that night, though I'm definitely looking forward to bringing family and friends back so we can eat it hot and fresh! The service was excellent and the staff very sweet, allowing me to sub out a different drink with the meal I purchased. If you get the chance to stop by this little dive, do not hesitate!! This place is an absolute gem!
